Shipping Policy

Where we ship

That One Pharmacist currently ships eligible orders to addresses in the United States. We do not ship to freight forwarders or addresses intended for resale.

Processing and delivery

Orders are normally prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery estimates shown at checkout begin after processing and are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, address problems, and product availability can affect delivery time. If an unexpected delay materially affects your order, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is $8 for orders under $99. Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal reaches $99 after discounts and before taxes. Express shipping, when available, is shown at checkout at the current rate. Shipping charges and eligibility are calculated during checkout before payment.

Order changes and addresses

Please review your address carefully before submitting the order. Contact support@thatonepharmacist.com immediately if something is incorrect. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order enters processing.

Tracking and delivery

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Carrier scans can take time to update. A package marked delivered should first be checked around the delivery location and with household members or neighbors. If it still cannot be located, contact the carrier and email us promptly so we can review the shipment.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect items

Inspect your shipment when it arrives. Email support@thatonepharmacist.com promptly with your order number and photographs when applicable if an item is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution. Please keep the product, packaging, and shipping materials until we confirm whether they are needed.
