What are you struggling with?
Let's make sense of it.
GLP-1s can get confusing fast. Start with the problem that sounds most like what you're dealing with right now.
Eating and feeling better
I'm barely hungry. Am I eating enough?
My stomach hasn't been the same since starting.
I'm constipated and nothing seems to help.
I feel tired, dizzy, or dehydrated.
Am I missing nutrients because I'm eating less?
Protecting progress
I'm losing weight — but I don't want to lose muscle.
My weight loss has stalled. What now?
I'm worried about gaining the weight back if I stop.
Access and affordability
My GLP-1 is getting too expensive.
My insurance denied coverage. Now what?
The basics worth getting right
GLP-1 nutrition can get complicated fast. It doesn't need to be. There are a handful of things worth paying attention to first — here's the short version.
01
Protein & Muscle
Significant weight loss can take muscle along with fat, especially as overall food intake drops. Getting enough protein — and staying active, ideally with some resistance training — helps make sure more of what you lose is fat, not muscle. Food comes first here: lean meat, fish, eggs, dairy, and other protein-rich foods do most of the work.
02
Hydration
When appetite and eating patterns shift, fluid and electrolyte intake can shift along with them without you noticing. Paying attention to water — and to sodium, potassium, and magnesium from food or fluids — is a simple habit worth keeping in view.
03
Digestion
Slower digestion is common while eating less. Fiber, steady fluids, and consistent eating habits all play a role in keeping things comfortable. These are general habits worth building, not a fix for any one symptom.
04
Fill the Gaps
When you're eating less, nutritional quality matters more — food still comes first. The goal isn't to assume you need a long list of supplements; it's to notice where your own diet might genuinely be falling short, and address that specifically.
